Weight Wellness Profile
If you are overweight or obese, you have a greater chance of developing serious medical conditions or early death.  If you have an established or borderline medical condition, being overweight or obese could worsen that condition.  Knowing your weight wellness profile can help you take action to modify your weight properly and improve your health.   This profile is designed to encourage discussion with a medical professional.   Only your doctor can evaluate the health risks specific to your weight and recommend appropriate weight management and prevention strategies.

Instructions:
Answer the questions below and then press the "Let's see" button to calculate your profile results.   To calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) there is a  BMI calculator available.

After calculating your weight wellness profile:
Be sure to check out the Fact Sheets on Obesity, and read about how the profile was developed.
